Confluence provides a number of ways for you to notify other users about content that may be of interest to them:

  • You can mention the user when you write a page, blog post or comment. Mentioning a user automatically emails a notification to them about that content.

Other users can also find out about changes to content in Confluence by watching pages and spaces.

You may also be interested in exporting Confluence content to other formats such as XML, HTML, MS Word and PDF.
