The 'Export Space' view allows you to export the content of the space into HTML, PDF or XML format.

Go to the 'Export Space' view of the 'Advanced' function for the space. To do this:

  • Go to any page in the space you want to export.
  • Choose Browse > Advanced.
  • Click Export Space in the 'Export' section of the left-hand panel.
    (info) 'Export Space' is only displayed if you have export permission for the space. If you cannot see the 'Export Space' option, it means that another administrator created the space and has not given you export space permissions.
