A trial/evaluation license gives you access to a full instance of Bitbucket Data Center for 30 days. From March 30, 2026, you cannot generate self-serve trial licenses for Atlassian-owned Data Center products. This change does not affect third-party Marketplace apps.

To trial Bitbucket Data Center prior to purchase, reach out to us:

1. Go to Purchasing & licensing.
2. In the How can we help you dropdown, select Product trials.
3. In the Choose a topic dropdown, select Trial a new product.
4. Select Need more help at the bottom of the page.
5. In Your Question field, type in your request for a Bitbucket Data Center trial.
6. Submit your request, and the team will assist you with the setup.
