When you comment on a question or an answer you now get the full power of the editor. This means you can add basic formatting and pictures, just like you can in an answer.
Want more? You can also edit your own comments. No more typo cone of shame.

Receive email requests automatically
When you create a new project in JIRA Service Desk Cloud, the cloud email address specific to that project will be turned on automatically. Your team can then share this email address with your customers so they can send service desk requests by email and through the customer portal. To manage your project's cloud email address or to link your team's existing email address, head over to Project administration > Email settings. You can also refer to Receiving requests by email for more information.
Copy and paste screenshots on the customer portal
Customers can now take screenshots and immediately paste them into their requests on the customer portal. Note that this feature is only supported for customers accessing the customer portal through Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or IE11. Safari and earlier versions of Internet Explorer are not supported.
