Summary

Issue keys on Bitbucket Cloud redirect to a Jira Server instead of Jira Cloud.

Environment

When a Jira server instance was previously connected with Bitbucket Cloud and has since moved to Jira Cloud.

Diagnosis

Clicking on a Jira issue key redirects to the Jira server instead of Jira Cloud.

Cause

The connection between Bitbucket Cloud and Jira Server remains intact until the custom links are removed. 

Solution

1. Navigate to the repository in question.
2. Repository settings.
3. Under the Workflow section, click Links.
4. Identify the Jira Server link. 
5. Click the 'x' on the right to remove the custom link.
