Known Issue with Usernames containing spaces
We do not recommend upgrading to JIRA 6.3.13 for customers using Service Desk or JIRA Agile which are having Usernames with spaces. Please refer to this issue JRA-41578 - Getting issue details... STATUS for upcoming fix information.
