Use Case
To provide the ability to toggle on and off the ability to create service desks globally.
Resolution
- Browse to Administration -> Add-Ons -> Manage Add-Ons;
- Click in Show System Plugins;
Use the search box filtering forJIRA Service Desk
- Click on "xx of 190 modules enabled" link;
Now, look for "servicedesk-admin-create-link". Click on the disable button.
- To create a new service desk just enable the module, and disable it again after creation.
No need to restart JIRA.
