  • Assets Confluence Macro is installed in Confluence.

  • Application link is set up between Jira and Confluence.

  • You must have a Jira account and Assets role access of at least user level to any schemas.

  • You must have the Confluence Administrators permission.

Updating Assets - Confluence Macro

Follow the same steps as above for installing Assets - Confluence Macro, since the old add-on version is removed from the file system.

Setting up OAuth

The login method depends on how OAuth is set up:

  • If the application link is set up with OAuth with impersonation, Confluence users will gain automatic access via impersonation. This requires a shared user base between Confluence and Jira.
