If I move a document in a SharePoint Library to another location, will the Confluence link to it be automatically updated?

No, the SharePoint Connector for Confluence does not enforce any consistency or integrity with the links it inserts into Confluence pages. The links are absolute links that will need to be updated manually if the target item in SharePoint is moved.
