How many domains can I restrict Confluence to allow users to sign up?

Limit depends on character count, there's not a limit for an exact number of domains.

The information provided on the Restrict by Domain field is stored on the BANDANA table, specifically on the column bandanavalue. The Data Type of this column on PostgreSQL is Text, which means it can hold text information up to 1GB, based on this documentation.

As a utf-8character can be up to 3bytes, it means will be able to store near 357.913.941,3 characters.

ℹ️ This size may vary according to the DBMS used.
