To enable or disable 'Public Signup',
- From the 'Administration Console' click on 'General Configuration' in the left panel.
- This will display the 'Options and Settings' screen. Click 'Edit'.
- Beside 'Public Signup', select 'On' to enable Public Signup. Select 'Off' to disable it.
- Click 'Save'.
