If you need to adjust memory settings and are using a Windows Service, you can adjust your memory settings using the instructions in this page.
- Go to
Start >> Run >> Type in regedit32. - In the registry editor, click to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Apache Software Foundation -> Procrun 2.0 -> Confluence -> Parameters -> Java. Here you will see an entry for JvmMx, which is the "maximum memory" setting. Choose an appropriate value based on Managing Application Server Memory Settings.
- Double-click JvmMx to edit, change the Base to "Decimal" and adjust the value as necessary:
- If setting the Perm Gen size, click Options and add -XX:MaxPermSize=256m:
