How do I re-trigger the setup wizard

To re-trigger the setup wizard:

Ensure the application server (for example, Apache Tomcat) running Confluence has been stopped.
Delete <confluence-home>/confluence.cfg.xml.
Re-start Confluence's application server and then Confluence.
