Documentation for GreenHopper 6.2.x. Documentation for earlier versions of GreenHopper is [available too].
This tutorial only applies if you are not using Simplified Workflow. If you are using Simplified Workflow, then you can simply use the 'Add Column' button and a corresponding new status will be created automatically.
This tutorial will walk you through the process of adding a new column to your board, and adding a corresponding JIRA status to your JIRA workflow.
For the purposes of this tutorial, we will add a column (and status) called 'Quality Testing' — but of course you can substitute this for whatever you need.

Jan 08, 2013I've followed all the instructions above, but for some reason my new status doesn't reflect the correct count. I have over ten tickets set to the status, however it's constantly reading zero. Oddly, GreenHopper sees the new status just fine, it just doesn't show the issues. What am I missing?

Jan 28, 2013Please can you advise why I cannot see the statuses I have put into a column on the board? Is this because I am not using Simplified Workflow?

Mar 05, 2013Sorry, I'm not sure I fully understand the question. Please check your column mappings, and if that doesn't help, please contact http://support.atlassian.com

Jul 10, 2013Do i have to do this every time I make a new board? I have multiple projects that each will use a separate board. But this requires me to modify the columns for EACH board I create. Is there a way to set what columns should always display?
