We have had a report on Jira Software version 7.3.0 in combination with Jira Service Desk version 3.3.0 where the Insight validators is not functioning.
The solution was to update both versions, Jira Software from version 7.3.0 to 7.3.8 and Jira Service Desk from version 3.3.0 to 3.5.2.
