The Atlassian JIRA team announces the release of JIRA 5.1.4. This point release contains several updates and fixes.Upgrading to JIRA 5.1.4 is free to all customers with active JIRA software maintenance.

Performance improvements
HTTP requests log analyser
We recently developed a tool to analyse request logs that we are now making available to customers. The HTTP requests log analyser provides you with information, such as the maximum requests per minute, that can help you performance tune your JIRA instance.
