Unable to publish artifact No artifact handler found

Problem
After migrating from Bamboo Cloud to Server, build artifacts are not publishing
The following appears in the build logs.
24-Jan-2017 17:20:48 Publishing an artifact: test
24-Jan-2017 17:20:49 Unable to publish artifact [test]: No artifact handler found.
24-Jan-2017 17:20:49 The artifact hasn't been successfully published after 59.38 msCause
Artifact handler hasn't been configured.
Resolution
Please go to Bamboo Administration > Plans > Artifact handlers to configure the artifact handlers.
