JIRA Cloud applications no longer support WebDAV. For updated JIRA Cloud import information, please refer to Importing issues.
Problem
You create a directory within your Cloud instance WebDAV directory and upload your JIRA export files to this directory. JIRA indicates "You don't have any valid JIRA Export on the root WebDAV directory. Please upload some and try again"
Cause
JIRA is designed to scrub the main WebDAV directory for valid JIRA export files. Any files placed in subdirectories within the main WebDAV directory will be ignored.
Resolution
Move your JIRA export files into the main WebDAV directoryReload the JIRA Import page
