Confluence Fails to Start due to Stopped Oracle's Database Listener
Symptoms
When using Oracle, Confluence fails to start. The following appears in the atlassian-confluence.log

Cause
Oracle's database listener is not running.
Resolution
Start Oracle's database listener and restart Confluence.
