Symptoms

In the View Page Attachment screen, the 'Edit in Office' link for *.docx file attachments does not work with Firefox.

Cause

Although WebDAV Launcher Firefox Add-on is installed, it only recognizes *.doc file attachments.

Resolution

1. In Firefox, click on Tools >> WebDAV Launcher Options.
2. In File Extension, specify docx.
3. In Application Path, specify the path to WINWORD.EXE. In most cases, the same path specified for doc attachments is used.
4. Click Add
5. Click Save
