Left Hand Nav and Clickr Themes Are Deprecated in Confluence 3.2 or Later
Symptoms
After upgrading to Confluence 3.2 or later, the Left Hand Navigation or Clickr Themes have problems with the new layout. Here are some of the known issues:

Cause
There are bugs in the Left Hand Nav and Clickr themes.
Resolution
As of Confluence 3.2, these themes are deprecated. Please consider moving to the Fixed Width or Documentation themes as part of your upgrade. Atlassian will fix some bugs going forward, but the themes will eventually be removed.
