Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.w3c.dom.ranges.DocumentRange

Cause

The following Java startup Parameter:

-Datlassian.org.osgi.framework.bootdelegation=

Resolution

  • Find out where that Java startup parameter is located (refer to this guide for more info: Configuring System Properties )

  • Either remove the Java startup parameter above, or append org.w3c.* to it, example:

    -Datlassian.org.osgi.framework.bootdelegation=sun.*,org.w3c.*
  • Restart Confluence
