Diagnosis

The Page Properties Report Macro will show an empty value for certain fields. The logs do not display exceptions or errors. Below is a sample Page Properties Report Macro screenshot.

Cause

The Page Properties Report Macro fails to identify trailing spaces in the affected fields, displaying them as blank values instead. Below is a sample Page Properties Macro screenshot. 

Solution

To resolve this issue, remove the trailing space from the affected field in the Page Properties Macro page. A Bug for this behaviour can be referred from CONFSERVER-95914.
