Recently Updated Dashboard invalid layout when profile images displayed

Symptoms
When you turn on profile images on the Recently Updated Dashboard Macro, the layout will become problematic, for example page titles in the updates will be displayed at a wrong place as shown below.
Cause
The most possible cause is that the Recently Updated Macro is also being used on this page along with the Recently Updated Dashboard Macro, which causes such conflicts, if both of these have profile images turned on to be displayed. This can also happen if the Recently Updated Macro is being used in the site welcome message.
Resolution
To avoid such problems, use only the Recently Updated Dashboard Macro on the dashboard or turn off profile images in either of the instances of the macro on the same page.
