Summary

1. All images from a certain page cannot be rendered in other pages.
2. The place holder page can render images attached on it but not other pages, eg. children pages, sibling pages, or other pages in other spaces.
3. The place holder page title uses a CamelCasing format. For example::

   My PageTitle
   

Cause

This is a known bug with the CamelCase Links feature and has been reported in CONF-18035 - CamelCase Links breaks image references

Resolution

Switch the CamelCase Links feature to OFF.
