The Deleted date of all items in trash are set to the date that an upgrade was performed

Summary
After upgrading Confluence from a version older than 7.14, all items in a Space's Trash will display the same Deleted date which coincides with the upgrade date.
Environment
Confluence Server and Data Center versions 7.14 and newer.
Explanation
Confluence versions prior to 7.14 never tracked a deleted date for items placed in trash, therefore when upgrading from a version older than 7.14 to a newer version the Deleted date is populated with the date of the upgrade. Anything deleted after the upgrade will have the correct deleted date.
