Symptoms

• The 'Create' button is disabled/greyed out after typing the space name
• The issue occurs with Knowledge Base Survey Plugin version 1.1

The following appears in the atlassian-confluence.log:

Cause

There is an xwork name clash with the "ajax" package in the plugin code and this is a bug which is tracked here: CKBSP-37

Resolution

The bug has been fixed in Knowledge Base Survey Plugin version 1.2. You may upgrade the plugin to fix the problem.
