Problem

User unable to disable edit in office button although after making the following actions:

• Navigate to manage Add-Onn page and find for Office connector plugin
• Disable Edit office document on attachment page (with pathauth)(editattachmentinworditempathauth)
  
  

Cause

Third party plugin Arsenale lockpoint was causing this issue.

Workaround

Workarounds are ways to temporally circumvent a problem, although it still exists in the application.

• Navigate to manage Add-Onn page and find for Arsenale Lockpoint plugin

• disable Edit office document link on attachment page (with pathauth)(arsenaleeditattachmentinworditempathauth) section

• Uninstall Arsenale Lockpoint plugin
