Problem

User getting an error "Unknown macro: 'popular" in all the pages that have Popular Label macro.

The following appears in the screen:

Diagnosis

1. Install source editor
2. Go to the page that have issue and click edit page.
3. In the edit mode please click on " <>" and you will be able to see the page source.
4. Find for <p><ac:macro ac:name="popular">

Cause

The macro name was not complete. The macro name should be popular-labels instead of popular only.

Workaround

1. Install source editor
2. Go to the page that have issue and click edit page.
3. In the edit mode please click on " <>" and you will be able to see the page source.

4. Find for <p><ac:macro ac:name="popular"> and change it to the following:

   <p><ac:macro ac:name="popular-labels">

5. Save the changes you made and save the page
