Problem

User unable to view a page after requesting for access.

When making the following actions...

• • User does not see Page1 and click on Request access
  • Email arrives to Site manager who click the link
  • The site manager lands on Page1
  • Nothing happens and the user unable to view the page1
  • If Site manager view the restrictions, the user is not present

Confluence using customise theme from Brikit Theme

Resolution

Disable BriKit Theme and contact the plugin vendor at : https://brikit.atlassian.net/login
