There's an error message in the UI:

ERROR MESSAGE:
You cannot view this page due to inherited restrictions

Page level restrictions have been applied to a parent of the current page. These restrictions limit access to only certain certain user(s) or group(s) and apply to all pages in the hierarchy underneath the parent. 

Cause

Page restrictions are causing the page not to render.

Resolution

This message may be appropriate if the page restrictions for this or a parent page are indeed in place.

1. Check the space's restrictions from Browse >> Space Admin >> Page Restrictions.
2. If there are no page restrictions in place, try moving the page to the root of the space or to another space. This will eliminate the possibility of page restrictions interfering.
3. If you can get the page to render from the root of the space, you can reassign a new home page from Browse >> Space Admin >> Edit Space Details.
