The Universal Plugin Manager (UPM) keeps a log of all app activity for your Crucible site. Such activities may be adding apps, enabling apps, and so on. You can adjust the period of time for which log entries are kept.

Viewing the app audit log
To access the Universal Plugin Manager in Crucible:
- Log in as an administrator and go to the Crucible administration screen.
- Click 'Plugins' in the left-hand menu.
To view the app audit log:
- Click the Audit Log tab.
The plugin audit log appears with a list of the 25 most recent entries. - Use the arrows if you want to view older entries.
- Click the orange RSS icon if you want to receive the audit log activity in an RSS feed.
Configuring the app audit log
To access the Universal Plugin Manager in Crucible:
- Log in as an administrator and go to the Crucible administration screen.
- Click 'Plugins' in the left-hand menu.
To configure the length of time for which log entries are kept:
- Click the Audit Log tab.
The plugin audit log appears. - Click the Configure purge policy link.
- Specify how many days to keep the logs before purging in the Purge audit log after field.
- Click the Confirm button.
