Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Data Center KBs for non-Data-Center-specific features may also work for Server versions of the product, however they have not been tested. Support for Server* products ended on February 15th 2024. Solution
Windows
Upgrade Bamboo server running on a Windows box
If your instance is currently on a version between 5.0 and 5.13.
If your instance is currently on version 5.14 and above.
If the Database you're using is not compatible with the version of Bamboo you want to upgrade.
If you want to move your instance to a different machine before the upgrade.
Linux
Upgrade Bamboo Server running on a Linux box
If your instance is currently on a version between 5.0 and 5.13.
