Agile reports data mismatch after migration

Problem
After migrating JIRA, the reports in Agile is showing wrong data to compare with the previous origin JIRA
- No error can be trace from the logs
Diagnosis
Environment
- Migration from one server to another
Cause
This is cause by timezone configuration.
- Eventhough JIRA is told to use UTC, but timezones in /etc/timezone was different.
Resolution
Ensure that the timezone in /etc/timezone (linux) are similar with the origin JIRA
