Symptoms

When performing an issue transition on Task Board, a popup window appears with the following message:

"Sorry, no transitions were found!
Are you meeting all the workflow step conditions?
If so you might want to verify your Task Board mapping."

Cause

• The problem of transitioning such as 'Open' status to 'In Progress' status is because in the workflow, the 'In Progress' transition has a condition that prevents this action. If the condition such as 'Only the assignee of the issue can execute this transition', the transition will not be able to execute by other users except for the assignee of the issue.
• A third-party plugin such as JIRA Suite Utilities has been uninstalled, but the condition still exists in the workflow. Removing the condition or reinstalling the plugin will fix the workflow.

Resolution

Remove the condition in the workflow.
