Fisheye repository indexing is failing due to "getManifestParentDbId(1000) returned duplicate id '1000'"
Problem
Fisheye repository stops indexing
The following appears in the atlassian-fisheye.log
WARN [IncrPing2 <Repository name> ] fisheye BaseRepositoryScanner-handleSlurpException - Problem processing revisions from repository <Repository name> (<Repository name>) due to class java.lang.RuntimeException - getManifestParentDbId(1000) returned duplicate id '1000'
java.lang.RuntimeException: getManifestParentDbId(3310) returned duplicate id '1000'Cause
The <Repository name> cache is corrupted in Fisheye.
Resolution
Trigger a reindex of the affected repository.
