To add a custom MIME type to Fisheye/Crucible, perform the following steps:

1. Shutdown the Fisheye/Crucible instance.
2. Navigate to: <FishEye/Crucible installation directory>
3. Backup (copy and save to a temporary location) the raw-mime.types file.
4. Open the raw-mime.types file using any text editor.

5. Add the MIME type and the extension at the end of the file for the custom MIME as shown in the example below:

   application/msword		doc

6. Save the file.
7. Start the Fisheye/Crucible instance.
