If you have installed Fisheye/Crucible as service using Java Service Wrapper and would like to uninstall it then the following steps can be performed in Windows machine:-

1. Shutdown your Fisheye/Crucible instance
2. Open an Administrator command prompt by searching for 'Command prompt' in the Windows Start menu, right-clicking on Command Prompt and then choosing Run as administrator.
3. Navigate to <FishEye home directory>\wrapper\bin directory and runFisheye-Uninstall-NTService.bat

Running the batch file above will uninstall the Java Service Wrapper and this can be verified by checkin the installed service list in your windows machine
