Problem

Using "ALT + Enter" does not enter a new line.

Diagnosis

Environment

• Mac client version 4.0 and above

The new Mac client version 4.0 is now web-based.

"ALT + Enter" shortcut only applicable on Mac client version 3.3.x and below.

Workaround

Please use "SHIFT + Enter" to enter a new line instead.
