Other users do not observe the problem but can reproduce it by impersonating the affected user

Cause

The suspected cause is that an invalid filter value (NULL, "0", etc) was saved to the database for the affected user which caused an error during calculations for TotalOU.

Solution

• Access the StoryGrid with FilterID=0 appended to the query string

• Once the page loads:

1. 1. Click “Apply Filters”

   2. Remove any filters that are defined

   3. Click “Filter” to save and refresh the page
