This article describes steps to sync the Product between Jira and Jira Align

Solution

At Jira end:

Create a Product custom field of type "Select List (single choice)" in Jira > Settings > Issues > Custom Field
Add values to the Product custom field by going to '3 dots' > Context and Default values
Enter the Jira Product values
Assign the Jira Product custom field to the screens where you want the field to be applied

At Jira Align end:

Jira Align > Admin > Jira setup > Product custom field. Enter the Jira Product custom field value
Click on 'Configure' next to Product custom field and map the Jira Align product to Jira Product
