Summary

Some Jira Align users are unable to see the "Export Risks" option under the “More Actions” button, when in the 'Risks' list / grid page.

Cause

The "Manage Agile Objects(Admin)" permission toggle is not enabled.

Solution

In order to allow the risk export, please follow these steps:

• Go to Settings /  Administration > Roles

• Select the Role associated with the users that can't see the "Export risk"

• Expand "Additional Options"

• Search for "Manage Agile Objects(Admin)" permission and enable the toggle

• Once done, have the user log off and then log back in for changes to take effect
