This document describes how to proceed when you detect the endless loading wheel at the Forecast page after expanding your PI’s list.

Environment

Jira Align

Diagnosis

• You’re not able to expand your PI forecast list into the Forecast page

  • Endless spinning wheel

• Only one or a few company members are being affected by this behavior

Cause

The cause is related to temporary files (cookies / Cache)

Solution

• Make sure third-party cookies are enabled

• Clean up all the cash and temporaries

• Close the browser and reopen it

  • In one of the cases, it was solved after a PC restart and OS update
