Solution

If you want to make visible the ‘Report Baseline’ in the Administration, you need to follow these steps:

• Select 'Roles' under 'Administration-> Access Controls’, see image:

• Select a role

• Expand 'Administration'

• Search for the ‘Report Baseline’ toggle and enable it, see the image

Result

Under 'Administration -> Settings' appears the 'Report Baseline', see image
