Summary

When reviewing the Program Room, some Agile (scum) Teams are not displayed

The Program Room should display the logos of all associated teams represented by their configured logo as buttons next to the Program View button

If the button for a team is missing then no data linked to that team will be displayed in the Program Room.

Additionally on clicking the Program View button the Team Load and Team Progress sections should change from the details of a specific team, to details of all of the teams, but can only display the teams as shown next to the Program View Button

Environment

Jira Align

Diagnosis

  • The missing team(s) had recently been created and were linked to the correct program.

  • No errors were shown in any logs as this is a configuration issue

  • Problem can be reproduced: Create a new Agile Team that is assigned to the correct program, then check in the Program Room for that program.

Cause

For a Team to be displayed in the Program Room, it must be linked to :

  • the correct program

  • at least one sprint that is within the Program Increment (PI) selected in the filters for the program room . It must be an actual sprint, a sprint anchor available for the team to use is not enough.

Solution

Ensure that both the correct Program and at least one sprint, that is associated to the correct Program Increment, are linked to the missing team(s).
