Required system role permissions to view email logs in Jira Align

Solution
A user’s System Role must have the following permission enabled in order to to view email logs:
Email Settings
To grant this role permission to a user, follow these steps:
As a Super Admin go to Settings / Administration > Roles and select the user’s role from the drop-down list
Expand Administration
Locate the toggle "Email Settings" and turn it on
Click Save
