Summary

On the program board when users bring up the Feature QuickView slide-out, they are unable to select a Team Target Completions Sprints as they are greyed out in the dropdown.

Diagnosis

The Team Target Completion Sprints are shown as greyed out in the feature QuickView

Cause

When hovering over the greyed areas, you see a message mentioning the reason error why users are prevented from selecting the Team Target Completion Sprints.

Solution

Set your user with the appropriate role.

1.  Navigate to the Program Teams in the left menu bar (i.e. go to Programs>MANAGE>Program Teams or use the search icon on the menu bar). 
2. Select the team of the corresponding program, once in the Program TeamGrid(narrow down with top tier filter if necessary).
3. Select the Members tab on the Team slide-out details.
4. Check the role for your specific user(s). 
5. Set the users as Team of Teams or Release Train Engineer.

Afterward, your user(s) will be able to select and set a Team Target Completion Sprint
