Relate the Program Increment with the Product under the Program Increment details 

Steps to solve:

• Go to 'Items' > Program Increments (or equivalent to your terminology)
• Search for the Program Increment and click on it to open its details
• Click on the tab 'Programs, Products and Regions'
• Add the Product
