Summary

Read Only User (Solution) role users are able to view the export feature option in Jira Align and when they click on the export feature option it gives the option to export but the file is not getting downloaded.

Diagnosis

There was no Error message displayed upon clicking on Export Features, but the download never started.

Cause

The user had all the Permissions to see the Export button on the Features page:

But when clicked on Export Features, it did nothing.

Solution

In addition to activating the Export toggle for the Feature, it is necessary for the user to enable the following two toggles in order to download the Export files:

• Add Agile Objects

• Manage Agile Objects
