Summary

Users are able to update the Predecessors and Successors information in a work item's Links tab, however, when they try to click the ‘View the Predecessors and Successors’ button to visualize them, they receive the error, "You Need More Access to View This Page".

Users can add Predecessor and Successor links successfully to a work item and save:

However, clicking the ‘View the Predecessors and Successors’ button at the bottom:

Results in error:

The visualization chart comes up blank across the bottom:

Cause

The problem is observed if the Role permission toggle for Program > Track > Story Maps is disabled:

Solution

The Visualization Chart, available through the ‘View the Predecessors and Successors’ button, requires the 'Story Maps' Role permission toggle to be enabled:

Clicking the ‘View the Predecessors and Successors’ button will then populate the Visualization Chart successfully:
